Whittakers Horse Boxes

As market leaders with over ten years experience, Whittakers pride themselves on paying the same meticulous attention to detail preparing your transport that you take in grooming your horses. With every coach they create they ensure style, comfort, safety and reliability are foremost in their minds at every stage.

I was given the task of rejuvenating the Whittakers website because after three years and several redesigns, the site was yet to go live. To keep up with their competitors, Whittakers needed a website that was simple, elegant and had impact. The designs of their coaches had all of these elements so we went with an image focused design which showed off the coaches to the finest detail. The site itself is a mixture of flash and HTML which delivers all of the style and interactivity that came with Flash yet retained the functionality of HTML and CSS.

A key feature of this site is the user content managed 'Stock Vehicles' section. Within this, staff at Whittakers can regularly update the coaches that are currently in stock using a CMS and have the abilty to upload unlimited pictures and copy.
