Wellington Court

Wellington Court is an exciting new development of high specification one and two bedroom apartments in the centre of Barking, Essex. Part of a massive regeneration project, the apartments are spread over two top floors above what will be a state of the art health centre.

As part of the promotion for the launch of this new housing complex we were brought on board to develop a series of promo booklets advertising the new buildings and the services they would provide.

My work on this project involved the design and layout of serveral spreads of the booklet, illustrating and colour coding the blueprints of the buildings and then artworking the designs into booklet format. I primarily used Adobe Illustrator CS4 but also used Photoshop CS4 for the photo manipulation.
